NGSP is designed for practitioners who already hold certifications such as CISM, CISSP or CRISC. You do not need to be an ISACA member — but X-Core is built around the advanced application of skills that certification-level knowledge provides.
The platform tracks your progress automatically. Complete 90% of a lesson and submit your worksheet — 0.5 CPE is logged instantly. Attend a workshop — 3.0 CPE is logged automatically after the session. When you hit the threshold, your ISACA-compliant certificate is issued and available to download from your dashboard. Zero manual steps.
Each workshop is a 3.5-hour live simulation session delivered via Microsoft Teams. Maximum 18 participants per session to ensure quality of engagement. You book your sessions directly from the platform — your tier determines how many you can book. Sessions are scheduled quarterly and released in advance so you can plan ahead.
Cancel more than 7 days before a workshop — your entitlement is returned and you can rebook. Cancel within 7 days or fail to attend — the entitlement is consumed. This is a hard policy applied equally to all members. It protects the quality and reliability of the workshop experience for everyone.
Additional workshop credits can be purchased as bolt-on products if you need more than your tier includes. Full tier upgrades will be available post-launch. Your video library access and CPE progress carry over regardless.
Yes. X-Core is an international programme. Workshops are delivered online via Microsoft Teams — accessible from anywhere. GRC-X operates as a French entity and prices are in GBP. VAT treatment varies by location and business status and is calculated automatically at checkout.
